5 relaxing colours for your bedroom

5 relaxing colours for your bedroom

The new year is here and what about turning your bedroom into a nice cosy space. Colour can have such an affect on your sleep and prior to drifting off and when you’re waking up. Colour can also make us active and alert, which is why you shouldn’t pick red as a bedroom colour as this will make you feel more active. Choosing a shade to help you relax peacefully is key and hopefully the five relaxing colours for your bedroom gives you some inspiration.

The best thing to keep in mind is that you are choosing a bedroom colour more on the cooler side of the colour wheel and as with choosing any colour for a space, do a sample on your wall first, live with it, night and day to see how you feel about the colour before painting your room.
