My mum always put me in pink as a wee girl, so much so for a long time I refused to wear it or think about using the colour in my home. But in the last five years or so, it has started to creep in again. There are so many shades to choose from and blush pink is having a thing at the moment which is such a classic shade of pink. To style it pink without becoming too girly, black is a great colour to pair pink with and will create a stylish living room.
Your living room
Walls and floor
For the walls let’s keep it white, perhaps an off white colour and a warm coloured wooden floor.
To add some interest with the white walls, why not paint the ceiling a different colour. You could complement the pink sofa with this elegant Space Jasmine Shimmer pink colour or contrast it with this beautiful Mint Secret green colour.
This sofa just makes you smile and the colour is just simply the loveliest shade of blush pink.
By introducing this black bookcase, this will start to add some edge to the soft colour in your living room. Plus as the shelf is glass, it will still let light come through.
Nesting Side Tables
I love nesting side tables, look great together and handy for when you need use a couple of tables for entertaining. The colour of these tables really caught my eye too.
This candle holder is simple, elegant and great for adding as a striking centre piece.
This is such a talking piece and brings the whole scheme together. Who cannot like a simple stunning picture of the moon.
